Back to school (July 1st - 20th September)

• During the busy back to school period (July 1st - 20th September), due to high volumes, there may be a delay in processing your order

• Click and collect may also be stopped during this time. Refer to the delivery page for the most up to date information

• We will always keep you updated by email or text message

• Unwanted items must be sent back in the original packaging and condition with tags still attached along with proof of purchase within 14 days of delivery

• Sent at the customer's expense or brought back to the shop in person

• If posting, we recommend using a minimum of 1st class registered post for your protection
