On dispatch

• Orders are currently dispatched within 7 - 21 working days.

• We will contact you if there is a problem with your order which affects dispatch.

• Once dispatched, your order may not be cancelled.

Delivery

• Free and standard delivery should arrive within 7 - 21 working days of dispatch.

Click and collect

• When available, click and collect is free and available for collection from the shop. 

• Click and collect may be stopped during back to school period.

Back to school (July 1st - 20th September)

• During the back to school period (July 1st - 20th September), due to high volumes, there may be a delay in processing your order.

• Click and collect may also be stopped during this time.

• We will keep you updated by email or text message.
